Response Time
We typically respond within 2-3 business days. Sometimes faster if we're already at the computer. We're a small team, so if you email on a Friday evening, you might not hear back until Monday morning. For genuinely urgent issues (site completely broken, security concern), include "URGENT" in your subject line.
